1. Information we collect about you:
a. We collect different types of information about our visitors and registered users of our website. We collect this information either directly when you provide it to us or automatically as you navigate through the site.
b. We will collect and process your personal data when you sign up and purchase a licence, sign up to our newsletter/mailing list, register as an affiliate and when you send us a communication via the contact form. The information we collect consists of your first and last name, email address and, for registered users and/or affiliates, your login password. For business licences, we also collect your company name and contact telephone number. If you become an affiliate, we will also store your username and payment email address. This information is retained for the purpose of identifying your account and providing secure access to our content.
c. When purchasing a licence, you may also be asked to provide credit card details and other payment –related information, depending on the payment method used. We use Stripe and Paypal to process payments and therefore do not store any payment-related information (including credit-card numbers) on our site, as this is all processed by our payment gateway partners. d. We also send out periodic emails to our registered users with site and content updates, news, tips and select partner offers. We use a third party mailing list provider – Mailchimp – to perform this function. As such, Mailchimp also stores the first name, last name and email address of every registered user (that opts-in to the mailing list).
e. We also collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, which we use to diagnose problems with our servers and/or software, to administer our Services, and to gather demographic information.
f. When you contact us for support we may request and/or collect additional information in order to resolve your issue.
g. We may collect certain information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. Such information could include your browsing actions whilst on our site, your operating system and browser type. We use analytics and similar services, as explained in our Cookie Policy, to help us to deliver a better service to users by enabling us to identify usage patterns and therefore customize our content accordingly.

5. Updating your Personal Data
If you are a registered user, you can change your personal data associated with your account via your “My Profile” page after signing in. Items you can change include your first and last name , username, password and email address.
6. Canceling your account and/or deleting your Personal Data
Because our licences are perpetual, we will store your personal details indefinitely, even if you do not sign-in to the website or access our content/services. This includes trial users whose accounts have expired, in case they choose to purchase a licence in future and also to prevent them from signing up for another trial.
If you longer wish to be a registered user, you can close your account and request deletion of your personal data by submitting a data request through our support email below or by completing the contact form on our website. However, please note that we may retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service or Website Use Policy. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.
7. Control of your Personal Data
You can access some of the information that we collect about you. For example, by logging into your account, you can access your profile information, including your first and last name, username, email address and password.
Regarding communications preferences, you can unsubscribe from newsletters by following the instructions included in the newsletter you receive.
If your email address has changed and you would like to continue to receive newsletters, you will need to access your account, update your email address information in your account, and sign-up again for the newsletter. Occasionally we may send out emails concerning website disruptions.

We cannot be held accountable for activity that results from your own neglect to safeguard the secrecy of your password and username. If you share a computer with anyone, you should always log out of your account after you are finished in order to prevent access to your information from subsequent users of that computer.
